Termination Reason Tracking Permission Requirements

If you use the Termination Reason Tracking feature, the Termination Reasons permission must be assigned to roles to use this feature.

This permission is located on the Lists tab of the Role page. For a list of the standard roles assigned to this permission, see Standard Roles Permissions Table.

The following table lists the permission access level a user must have to perform certain tasks related to this feature.

View

Allows users to view and search for termination reasons. Users cannot create, edit, or delete termination reasons.

Create

Allows users to view and create termination reasons. Users cannot edit or delete termination reasons.

Edit

Allows users to create, view, and edit termination reasons.

Users cannot delete termination reasons.

Full

Allows users to create, view, edit, and delete termination reasons.
