Viewing the SaaS 360 Dashboard Tiles

The Subscription Metrics displays the following KPIs as tiles in the Bookings and Revenue portlet. KPI values depend on your selected filters, period, and comparison period. You can also see the percentage variance between these periods.

You can drill down into ARR, MRR, and bookings by clicking their amounts and export the report as a CSV file. Click Export to CSV in the upper left corner of the table to export.

Note:

Your role determines the data you can access on the dashboard.

Setting the Comparison Period

By default, the Period field is set to This Month, and the Comparison Period field is set to Last Month. You can compare the values for a period against the comparison period.

The following table lists the options available for the Period and Comparison Period fields.

To View SaaS 360 Dashboard Tiles

  1. Log in to NetSuite.

  2. On the SaaS 360 Dashboard tab, go to Revenue Metrics, click View.

  3. (Optional) Set filters for the dashboard reports. For more information, see Using SaaS 360 Dashboard Filters.

  4. Go to the Bookings and Revenue portlet on the dashboard. The following information appears as tiles:

    • MRR – The tile displays the monthly recurring revenue for the current month from active subscriptions or service contracts.

      This value is the same as the total for the current month as seen in the MRR roll forward report.

      MRR for the current month is compared against the MRR for the comparison period and the percentage difference is displayed. Click the amount to see detailed MRR and export as CSV.

    • ARR – The tile displays the annual recurring revenue for the current month from active subscriptions or service contracts.

      This value is the same as the Ending Balance for the current month as seen in the ARR roll forward report. Click the amount to see detailed ARR and export as CSV.

      ARR for the current month is compared against the ARR for the comparison period and the percentage difference is displayed.

    • Bookings – The tile displays the total value of new contracts, expansions, and renewals for the selected period.

      Booking for the current month is compared against the bookings for the comparison period and the percentage difference is displayed. Click the amount to see booking details and export as CSV.

    • Revenue – This tile displays the total revenue for the current month from active subscriptions or service contracts. Revenue for the current month is compared against the revenue for the comparison period and the percentage difference is displayed.
