Managing the Email Approval Log
Only valid email replies from approvers are entered in the email approval log. When logged, each email reply record is locked by default.
The language used in email notifications for the approval log is based on the following:

In NetSuite OneWorld accounts, the language set for the submitter’s subsidiary.

If you do not have a NetSuite OneWorld account, the transaction submitter’s preferred language.
Note:
If there are no running or applicable email approval log rules, approval actions by email are automatically implemented to the reference records.
