Adding a Job in Close Management and Consolidation Sync
To use NetSuite to schedule and run jobs configured in Data Exchange or your Financial Consolidation and Close, you need to add the jobs in NetSuite.
To add a job in NetSuite:

Go to NetSuite EPM > Close Management and Consolidation > Manage Jobs.

Click the Add Job button.

From the Job Type list, select the type of job you want to add to NetSuite. The available options include the following:

Business Rule
-
Data Load Rule
-
Group
-
Import Data/Metadata
-
Import Enterprise Journal
-
Ruleset
-

From the Job Name list, select the job you want to add to NetSuite.
The list displays jobs that are configured for the job type in Data Exchange or your Financial Consolidation and Close.

In the Description field, enter a description to help you identify this job in NetSuite.

Click Next.
Now, you can set up the job as necessary. The job details you need to specify vary depending on the selected job type. For instructions, see Job Types in Close Management and Consolidation Sync.

Click Save.
