Setting Up the Connection to Planning and Budgeting

To connect to Planning and Budgeting from NetSuite, you need to authenticate through OAuth 2.0. To authenticate through OAuth 2.0, use the Administrator role to create a confidential application in the Oracle Identity Cloud Service (IDCS) console. You then need to store the IDCS application credentials in NetSuite.

For guidelines and instructions on creating an IDCS application, see the Oracle Help Center topic Add a Confidential Application. For general information about AOuth 2.0, see the NetSuite Help Center topic OAuth 2.0.
