Required Features for Installing the Planning and Budgeting Sync SuiteApp

Before installing the Planning and Budgeting Sync SuiteApp, you must enable features required by the SuiteApp in your NetSuite account.

To enable the required features:

  1. Go to Setup > Company > Setup Tasks > Enable Features.

  2. Click the CRM subtab.

  3. Under the Basic Features section, check the Customer Relationship Management box.

  4. Click the SuiteCloud subtab, and check the following boxes:

    • Custom Records

    • Client SuiteScript

    • Server SuiteScript

    • Token-based Authentication

    Note:

    To use single sign-on when navigating to your Planning and Budgeting from your NetSuite account, you must configure the appropriate single sign-on feature.

  5. Click Save.
