Prerequisites and Post-Installation Tasks for Subscription Metrics SuiteApp
Before you install the Subscription Metrics SuiteApp, make sure that your account meets the following requirements:

It is a OneWorld account.

It uses NetSuite 2025.2 or later.

It has the following features enabled in the order:

Advanced Billing
-
Subscription Metrics Reporting

If currency conversion is required, enable the following features:

Multi-Currency
-
Currency Exchange Rate Type
To enable the required features:

Go to Setup > Company > Enable Features.

On the Transactions tab, in the Billing section, check the Advanced Billing box.

On the Analytics tab, in the Subscription Metrics section, check the Subscription Metrics Reporting box.

Click Save.
After installation, rename SaaS Metrics records to Subscription Metrics.
To rename SaaS Metrics records:

Go to Setup > Company > Rename Records/Transactions.

In the Name for SaaS Metric field, enter Subscription Metrics.

Click Save.
