Job Calendar in Close Management and Consolidation Sync

You can view a calendar of all the jobs that you've scheduled in NetSuite for the integration with your Financial Consolidation and Close. For information about the jobs that you can schedule and run in NetSuite for this integration, see Managing Jobs in Close Management and Consolidation Sync.

To access the calendar, go to NetSuite EPM > Close Management and Consolidation > Job Calendar.

Jobs are displayed in a monthly view. To move forward or backward in the calendar, click Previous or Next. Click Today to display jobs scheduled for the current month.

Jobs are color-coded as follows:

Scheduled (blue)
Success (green)
Failed (red)

Tip:

To view or edit job details, click the date when the job is scheduled. To return to the calendar view, click Back to Calendar.

Note:

Review the following details about the job calendar:

If you've checked the Pause Scheduler box to pause a job's schedule, the job doesn't show in the calendar until you resume the schedule. See Scheduling a Job in Close Management and Consolidation Sync.
The end dates of scheduled jobs are excluded from the calendar view.
