Dependent Dropdown Fields List Don’t Appear on the Form
Issue:
Custom fields (for example, Vehicle Make, Vehicle Model, Vehicle Selection) don’t show up on the intended form.
What to Check:

Did you add the fields to the form layout (Fields subtab for custom records, Screen Fields/Columns for transactions)?

Are the fields set to Show on the form?

Are you editing and using the right form (if multiple forms exist)?

Are fields hidden by role-level or conditional display logic?
How to Fix:

Edit the form layout and check the Show box for each field.Ensure fields are present on all required or relevant forms.

Move fields to correct section or subtab as needed.

Adjust field display logic and role-based visibility as required.
