Inventory Optimization Segmentation Workbook

Workbook Configuration

The workbook uses the Inventory Optimization Segmentation Dataset. To customize the standard workbook, use Save As to create a copy.

Consider the following information before you use or customize the workbook:

• Enable Inventory Optimization before using the workbook. For instructions, see Enabling Inventory Optimization.

• Your role needs the SuiteAnalytics Workbook permission at the Edit level and the Inventory Optimization permission at the View level or higher.

• The standard dataset and workbook must be shared with your role.

• Item, location, subsidiary, class, and department restrictions determine which rows you can view.

• If expected rows aren't visible, verify sharing, permissions, and restrictions. Then confirm that Calculate Inventory Segmentation processed the expected items.

• The standard workbook initially filters Latest / Current Run to True.

• For item-level segmentation, Location and Item Location are blank.

• For item-location segmentation, those fields identify the applicable location context.

• The standard workbook has no default conditional formatting.

• SuiteAnalytics doesn't recalculate the stored values.

The following table lists the standard workbook configuration.

Internal ID, Annual Usage, and Unit Cost are available in the source dataset but not the default table.
