Report Analytics

Add an Analytics section to the Reports menu, view the list of resources you can publish to BI Connector in one place, and go to your Oracle Analytics Cloud account.

The Analytics section includes the following:

• Publish Data – The Publish Data page lists the resources that you can publish to the BI Connector. Currently, it shows only one type of resources that can be published to BI Connector: Reports. The Reports list shows all reports from Reports > My Reports and those reports from Reports > Shared reports that have been published with the relevant data access privileges. Click the publish icon to publish a report or refresh published report data.

  Note:

  The Business Intelligence Connector feature must be enable for your account to publish reports. For more information, see Business Intelligence Connector Overview.

• Oracle Analytics – External link to your company's Oracle Analytics Cloud account, if set.

  If your company uses Oracle Analytics, account administrators can set up the link to your company's Oracle Analytics account. To do so, go to Administration > Global settings > Account > Optional features, and enter the relevant URL in the Oracle Analytics link box.

  Tip:

  To connect to your SuiteProjects Pro published report data from Oracle Analytics, go to Create > Connection > OData and enter the required connection information. For more information, see Connecting Oracle Analytics Cloud to Your OData Feed.

Account administrators can control who can access Report Analytics menu section and pages by role with the role permission Enable report analytics. For more information about roles and role permissions, see Roles Overview.
