Introducing SuiteProjects Pro

Oracle NetSuite OpenAir is now Oracle NetSuite SuiteProjects Pro. See Introducing SuiteProjects Pro.

Global

• Changes to Global Search

  Search bookings, expense reports, receipts, phases, tasks, milestones, workspaces, and workspace documents, and search projects by internal ID.

• Changes to Next-Generation Homepage

  Add area, line, vertical bar, vertical stacked bar, donut and pie charts to the next-generation homepage.

• Redwood Experience

  Refreshed user menu and other areas.

• Changes to the To-Do List

  The order in which workflow tasks are listed was refined and the SuiteProjects Pro Within NetSuite integration feature now supports the to-do list.

• Changes to Supported Currencies

  The Rwandan Franc (RWF) and Zimbabwe Gold (ZWG) are now supported currencies.

Report Analytics

Add an Analytics section to the Reports menu, view the list of resources you can publish to BI Connector in one place, and go to your Oracle Analytics Cloud account.

  Read bookings using SuiteProjects Pro REST API and use new extensions to the expansion feature.

• Changes to XML API and SOAP API

  Submit, approve or reject time-off requests (schedule requests) using the SOAP API or XML API.

NetSuite Connector

• Rebranded NetSuite Integration Bundles

  New version of the NetSuite bundles supporting the NetSuite integration are available to coincide with the rebranding of NetSuite OpenAir to NetSuite SuiteProjects Pro on January 25, 2025.

• Changes to Real-Time Record Import From NetSuite Into SuiteProjects Pro

  Add real-time import support for NetSuite customer, project or user records updated one by one using a SOAP API or RESTlet API request.

• End of Availability for the 2020.1 NetSuite SOAP Web Services Endpoint

  Availability of the NetSuite 2020.1 SOAP web services endpoint for use in the NetSuite <> SuiteProjects Pro integration will end with the SuiteProjects Pro 2025.2 release.
