Note:

SuiteProjects Pro Mobile 5.2 will be available for iOS and Android devices in the first quarter of 2025. Users will be informed of the new release through the App store (iOS) and Google Play store (Android).

Time card templates are time cards with prefilled properties and time entries that you can reuse when completing a timesheet.

SuiteProjects Pro Mobile 5.2 introduces the capability to:

Save any existing time card from any of your open or rejected timesheets as a template. You can modify any information in your new time card template before you save it.
Access the list of time card templates from the app settings, and view, modify or delete any of your existing time card templates.
Add a prefilled time card to an open or rejected timesheet using any of your saved templates. You can do so from either the timesheet you're completing or the list of time card templates.

SuiteProjects Pro Mobile 5.1

Jot down time and expenses as you go in your draft inbox, and pull your time entry or receipt drafts when you’re ready to complete your timesheet or expense report.

SuiteProjects Pro Mobile 5.1 was released for iOS and Android devices in May 15, 2024. This version introduces the capability to create draft time entries and receipts as you go. You can make a quick note of your time and expenses at any time even when your mobile is not connected to the internet. Drafts are stored locally on your mobile device.

Go to your draft inbox from the navigation drawer and tap the add icon to create a draft time entry or receipt.

Add draft time entries or receipts in the mobile app.

You can edit or delete draft time entries and receipts in your draft inbox at any time.

When you’re ready to complete your timesheet or expense report, you can:

Move draft time entries or receipts to a timesheet or expense report from your draft inbox.
Pull draft receipts into your expense report.
Drag draft time entries to a time card on your timesheet.

Move or pull a draft receipt or time entry into your expense report or timesheet.

You can pin draft time entries and receipts to your dashboard and use shortcuts to add drafts directly from your dashboard.

SuiteProjects Pro Integration Manager 7.2

A new version of SuiteProjects Pro Integration Manager is available.

You can read and modify the internal ID of the credit memo (negative invoice) layout [credit_invoice_layout_id] associated with a customer or project using SuiteProjects Pro Integration Manager.
