Marking NetSuite Records for Import into SuiteProjects Pro
You can select which NetSuite records to import into SuiteProjects Pro. The integration bundle adds the Export to SuiteProjects Pro custom field for each NetSuite record type that can be imported into SuiteProjects Pro. Only those records with the Export to SuiteProjects Pro box checked are imported into SuiteProjects Pro as part of the Bulk Import and Export On Demand, Scheduled Bulk Import and Export, and Real-Time Record Import, unless otherwise specified in the workflow settings on the NetSuite Connector pages in SuiteProjects Pro.

You can include the Export to SuiteProjects Pro custom field on your record forms and lists.

You can configure NetSuite to check the Export to SuiteProjects Pro box by default for new records using the Export <Record Type> by Default SuiteProjects Pro SRP Integration custom preference. See Configuring Integration Preferences and Terminology Preferences in NetSuite.

You can configure the integration to import NetSuite records that are not marked for export to SuiteProjects Pro as well as those marked for export to SuiteProjects Pro using the Disable Export to SuiteProjects Pro filtering for <Record Type> in NetSuite integration workflow setting. See Workflow Settings.
The Export to SuiteProjects Pro check box is not available for expense categories.
To mark a NetSuite record for import into SuiteProjects Pro

In NetSuite, go to the record you want to import intoSuiteProjects Pro.

Check the Export to SuiteProjects Pro box on the NetSuite record. Conversely, clear the Export to SuiteProjects Pro box if you do not want the NetSuite record to be imported into SuiteProjects Pro.

Click Save.
Add the Export to SuiteProjects Pro field as a column to your lists in NetSuite and use inline-editing to check or clear the Export to SuiteProjects Pro directly from your lists.
