Running a Full Synchronization on Demand
You can run a full synchronization on demand to synchronize integrated records for all or selected workflows. Depending on your integration configuration, the full synchronization includes either all records last modified on or after the date specified, or all records regardless of when the record was last modified. You must be a SuiteProjects Pro account administrator or have the “View and run the NetSuite integration” role permissions to do so, and the Expose NetSuite full synchronization control must be checked on the NetSuite Connector administration form in SuiteProjects Pro – See Expose NetSuite full synchronization control since date.
You can select the integration workflows you want to run a full synchronization for. SuiteProjects Pro validates any workflow dependencies before running the integration. A validation error message appears if a workflow is required but not included in the run. For example, if you configure a full synchronization for projects imported from NetSuite, you must also include imported customers in the full synchronization run.
This operation synchronizes all integrated records and any new records marked for integration for the selected workflows.
Full synchronization runs may take a long time. Consider either of the following options before launching a full synchronization run.
