Update NetSuite Tasks with SuiteProjects Pro Task Data
The Update NetSuite Tasks with SuiteProjects Pro Task Data export workflow lets you update task records in SuiteProjects Pro and use the NetSuite <> SuiteProjects Pro integration to update the corresponding task record in NetSuite.
You can use the Tasks (Project Tasks) import workflow to create and update project task records in NetSuite first and then import them into SuiteProjects Pro or update the already imported task records in SuiteProjects Pro. See Tasks (Project Tasks) Import Workflow.

Requirements and Downstream Dependencies
Matching task records must exist in both NetSuite and SuiteProjects Pro before you can update project tasks in SuiteProjects Pro and use the NetSuite <> SuiteProjects Pro integration to update the corresponding project record in NetSuite.

Run the integration manually, use a scheduled integration run to update the NetSuite records after you update the task records in SuiteProjects Pro. See Running the Bulk Import and Export Integration on Demand and Scheduling the Integration to Run Automatically.

Setup the real-time integration to update the NetSuite task records when the Task Properties form is saved in SuiteProjects Pro. See Configuring Real-Time Record Import from NetSuite into SuiteProjects Pro.

Setting up the Update NetSuite Tasks with SuiteProjects Pro Task Data Export Workflow
Use the following steps to set up the Update NetSuite Tasks with SuiteProjects Pro Task Data export workflow.
To set up the Update NetSuite Tasks with SuiteProjects Pro Task Data export workflow in SuiteProjects Pro

In SuiteProjects Pro, go to Administration > NetSuite Connector, click the Tips menu button, then NetSuite Connector administration form.

Check the Enable NetSuite task import and update box under the Additional Integrations form section.

(Optional) Check the Exclude reporting values from Update NetSuite tasks with SuiteProjects Pro task data box under the Performance features form section. You should check this box unless you need a wider range of SuiteProjects Pro fields available for mapping and performance is not a concern for your integration. See Exclude reporting values from Update NetSuite tasks with SuiteProjects Pro task data.

Click Save.

Go to Administration > NetSuite Connector > Mapping.

Click New workflow then Update NetSuite Tasks with SuiteProjects Pro Task Data.

Click Update NetSuite Tasks with SuiteProjects Pro Task Data in the list of integration workflows.

Modify the field mapping definition table for the Update NetSuite Tasks with SuiteProjects Pro Task Data export workflow as required. See Mapping SuiteProjects Pro Fields and NetSuite Fields and Update NetSuite Tasks with SuiteProjects Pro Task Data Field Mapping Definitions.

Click the switch next to the workflow name to activate
or to deactivate 
the workflow. -
Click Save.

(Optional) Add the Update NetSuite Tasks with SuiteProjects Pro Task Data export workflow to a workflow group and schedule it to run automatically. See Scheduling the Integration to Run Automatically.
