Exclude reporting values from Update NetSuite tasks with SuiteProjects Pro task data
Check this box to limit the range of SuiteProjects Pro information available for mapping to the information in the project_task
table and speed up the “Update NetSuite tasks with SuiteProjects Pro task data” export workflow.
When checked:
-
The dropdown values for the SuiteProjects Pro field on the mapping definition table are sourced directly from the task record. This limits the range of SuiteProjects Pro information available for mapping but the workflow runs faster.
Otherwise, the dropdown values for the SuiteProjects Pro field are sourced from a detailed report that is generated internally before any information can be exported. It makes a rich range of SuiteProjects Pro information available for mapping but the workflow runs much slower.
-
You can use advanced mapping for the Update NetSuite tasks with SuiteProjects Pro task data integration workflow.
You should check this box unless you need the additional information available in the detailed report and performance is not a concern for your integration.
The mapping must be redefined entirely when you change this setting. This is because the integration workflow uses two completely different sets of information from different resources for the SuiteProjects Pro fields when report values are included or excluded.
Delete the “Update NetSuite tasks with SuiteProjects Pro task data” workflow before you change this setting. If you change the “Exclude report values from Update NetSuite tasks with SuiteProjects Pro task data” setting and attempt to save the NetSuite Connector administration form, an error message will prompt you to delete the workflow — disabling the workflow is not sufficient.
