Set a Default Value for a Field or Variable
You can set a default value for some fields and variables you use in your integrated workbook. Configuring default values can save business users time by automatically populating cells or fields with pre-set values.
Defaults can be set for these fields and variables:
- Business object field. See Default Values for Business Object Fields.
- Row variable. See Default Values for Row Variables.
- Row finder variable. See Set a default value for the row finder variable.
- Custom action payload field. See About Default Values.
Note:
This feature is not available for other fields such as list of values fields and ancestor column fields.
