The default report forward interval is 5 seconds. This example sets the report-forward interval to 8 seconds. MLD report messages for the same group will not get forwarded onto the router ports for 8 seconds.
SEFOS# configure terminal SEFOS(config)# ipv6 mld snooping report-suppression-interval 8 SEFOS(config)# end
Only one report will be forwarded within the report forward interval of 8 seconds for a particular group.
