The MLDS query interval is the period of time the switch waits after sending a group-specific query to determine if hosts are still interested in a specific multicast group. You can configure the group-specific query interval for a given VLAN.
In this example, VLAN 4 is the VLAN for which the for which the query interval is configured, and the query interval is set to 65 seconds.
SEFOS# configure terminal SEFOS(config)# vlan 4 SEFOS(config-vlan)# ipv6 mld snooping query-interval 65
