Select multiple products in Select Rows mode

You can focus on multiple products by accessing Select Rows mode then selecting multiple products from the Products page.

Select Rows mode allows you to apply actions available from the Header Action menu to multiple products at the same time.

In the left navigation pane, click the Signal Review icon ().
(Optional) From the Products By drop-down list, select a product grouping, then select a card to filter the Products table.
At the top of the Products table, click the Header Action menu () and select Select Rows.
A check box appears to the left of each product in the table.
Select the check boxes of the products to include.

Note:
Use the Product finder to locate specific products. You can also select all or clear all selections from Header Action menu.

The Details panel updates to show the number of products selected. The information shown for tracked alerts, informational alerts, and open topics covers all the products selected.
From the Header Action menu () select the action to perform on all the selected rows.
These include:
- Select All: To include all products.
- Clear All: To clear all selected products and make select different products.
- Exit Selection Mode: To return to focusing on a single product in the Products page.
- View Product-Event Combinations: To display the Product-Event Combinations page in multi-product selection mode.
- View Notes: To open the View Notes window and include notes for all of the selected products.
- View Event Comments: To open the View Event Comments window and include event comments for all of the selected products.
- Download: To download the selected product information to various types of files.
