Before distributing any element of this component in an Oracle product, check to ensure that no open source, other than the components and versions listed below, is embedded in any redistributed element of the component, and if there is, promptly notify Legal.  OPEN SOURCE COMPONENTS: NONEOracle shall be responsible for the conservation on the copies received and for reproduction on any backup copy of the Software or on any portion of the same merged into other programs. Nobody shall remove from the Software any trademark, tradename, copyright notice or other notice. (Agreement, Sec. Ownership (b) - Pg. 3)Oracle may install and use the Software on any computer within its organization in connection with unlimited domains and subdomains. Oracle is further licensed to resell or redistribute the Software only if:(a) the Software is sold or redistributed as part of a software application or library that Oracle or its third party consultants have developed and of which the Software only comprises a part, and(b) Oracle does not sell or distribute the Software in a form in which Oracle or its customers could redistribute the Software in a manner that is competitive with ISI’s licensing of the Software.(Agreement, Sec.
