Before distributing any element of this component in an Oracle product, check to ensure that no open source, other than the components and versions listed below, is embedded in any redistributed element of the component, and if there is, promptly notify Legal. Exhibit C and Attachment 1 to Exhibit C provide that portions of the Software are written by 3rd party contributors. Further, iText Software has acquired rights to these portions by signed authorization of the other party. Attachment 1 provides details of these 3rd party contributors. The copy right is held by 1T3XT BVBA, the other owner of the Software. (Agreement, Exhibit C - Pg. 13 & 15) Oracle has right and license to use, copy and modify the Software for its internal use. Oracle also has license to use the Software for : a) support of the activities contemplated by the Agreement, b) internal business operation of Oracle and its Affiliates. (Agreement, Sec. 3.2 - Pg. 2) Oracle has a right to use, reproduce and create derivative works of the Software for developing, maintaining, supporting and updating the Integrated Programs. (Agreement, Sec. 3.3 - Pg. 2) iText Software grants to Oracle a paid-up license to market, distribute and grant Sublicenses of the Object Materials incorporated in or bundled with the Oracle Programs for use on all operating environments. (Agreement, Sec. 3.4.A.1 - Pg. 2) Oracle shall not Sublicense the Source materials or any part, unless such a Sublicense is required for the Software to function in connection with the Integrated Programs. (Agreement, Sec. 3.4.A.1 - Pg. 2) Note: Integrated Programs mean the Oracle Program that incorporate or use the Software and provides significant features that are distinct from the Software capabilities. (Agreement, Sec. 1.6 - Pg. 1) Oracle has a license to use the Object Materials as embedded or bundled with the Oracle Programs for use on all operating environments to provide Hosting Services. (Agreement, Sec. 3.4.A.2 - Pg. 2) Oracle may use the residuals from iText Software's Confidential Information. Oracle does not have any obligation to limit or restrict the assignment of such employees or to pay royalties for any work resulting from the use of residuals. (Agreement, Sec. 8.1 - Pg.6) For all Software, iText Software shall supply URLs to the online documentation. (Agreement, Exhibit B, Documentation,- Pg. 11)
