This approval covers only the Redistributables (see Intel documentation for a list) for the MKL.  Use of the base code for development  -- the Intel Math Kernel Library -- is covered by a separate approval, 33676, that must be referenced in addition to this approval. 

Oracle may distribute the Redistributables in Applications for use only on a Microsoft Platform -- executable only.

Ensure that  redistributables are not distributed under an open source license.  Legal recommends that for products that are compiled or developed using the Intel tools and are also intended for open source distribution, Legal review the usage to ensure compliance.

Oracle’s license does not include the right to sublicense and may be exercised only be Oracle's employees and consultants solely on behalf of Oracle for Oracle business purposes.  

Redistributables that are tracked separately in the 3PLTA with their own LT/BA ID numbers.  Please contact Legal if there are any questions on what you can or cannot host and/or distribute.  

Open source materials are provided by Intel under the relevant open source licenses.  Please review to ensure that you request approval for any additional licenses for open source  materials that may be included.
