It may not be used in new Oracle products or bundles, licensed in any new outbound model, or otherwise utilized in connection with any new use case without consulting Oracle Legal and obtaining any necessary additional approvals.

Before distributing any element of this component in an Oracle product, check to ensure that no open source, other than the components and versions listed below, is embedded in any redistributed element of the component, and if there is, promptly notify Legal.

Phase Forward is granted a non-exclusive, unlimited license to use Zql, including its sources.

Phase Forward may include Zql object code in a commercial or non-commercial product Phase Forward distribute or sell.

Phase Forward will not redistribute the Zql source code, unless it has been so deeply modified that it can be considered Phase Forward's own code (this means you are no Zql authorized dealer).
