A subject failed screening, and I need to rescreen the subject

You might need to rescreen a subject if you made a mistake while completing the screening visit, if the subject's eligibility has changed, or if you manually screen failed a subject in error.

Update the value on that form, and then rescreen the subject by clicking Screen at the bottom of the form to submit the correct value.

If a subject didn't meet the requirements of the study protocol during the screening visit but is eligible now, you can update the subject's information in the screening visit .
