Link forms
You link forms in order to connect related data within your study. If form associations are designed in your study, you can link data from one or more forms (repeating, two-section or one-section forms) to the source form (repeating or two-section). And keep in mind that only data that has been previously entered appears in the launched form.
- To link a two-section form you must choose the correct visit or event from the Visit/ Event drop-down and the form instance from the Form Instance drop-down you want to link. Then you can choose to eithe rlink both the flat and repeating sections of a two-section form with the Link all form data toggle. You may also choose to link just a particular row in the repeating section.
- To link a repeating form you must choose the correct visit or event from the Visit/ Event drop-down and then select the rows you want to link to your source form.
- To link a one-section (flat) form you must turn on the Link all form data.
