Description of the Archives Settings tab

Fields Description
General - Default Email Address Determined recipients for each notification in the Default Email Address field. Can be a single email address or a distribution list.
Notification Type Type of action to be notified:
  • Request Status - Request available for download- Notification sent to sponsor or site users when data is ready, displayed in the user's system language.
  • Request Status - Request Failure - Notification sent to sponsor or site users when data fails to complete.
  • Site Monitoring - Request submitted by site user - Notification sent to relevant parties when a site user generates a request for their assigned site.
  • Site Monitoring - Request shared with site downloaded - Notification sent to sponsor users when a shared request is downloaded by a site, confirming receipt.
  • Site Monitoring - Request confirmed by site - Notification sent to sponsor users when a shared request is confirmed by a site, indicating acceptance.
  • Miscellaneous - Storage Has exceeded Limit - Notification sent to all sponsor users when storage exceeds 75% of 1000 GB capacity.
Notification Status Current state of a notification, as:
  • On when enabled and sent to recipients when triggered.
  • Off when disabled and not sent, even if triggered.
Send Notification to Notification recipients: Sponsor User, Site User Default Email.
Last Updated By User name of the user who performed the last update on archives settings.
Last Updated Date and Time UTC date and time of the latest update.
