Description of the Archives Notification Body tab.

Fields Description
Notification Type Notification type available for download, displayed in chosen language or site user's system language if shared. For example:
  • Request Status - Request available for download - Notification sent to sponsor or site users when data is ready, displayed in the user's system language.
  • Request Status - Request Failure - Notification sent to sponsor or site users when data fails to complete.
  • Site Monitoring - Request submitted by site user - Notification sent to relevant parties when a site user generates a request for their assigned site.
  • Site Monitoring - Request shared with site downloaded - Notification sent to sponsor users when a shared request is downloaded by a site, confirming receipt.
  • Site Monitoring - Request confirmed by site - Notification sent to sponsor users when a shared request is confirmed by a site, indicating acceptance.
  • Miscellaneous - Storage Has exceeded Limit - Notification sent to all sponsor users when storage exceeds 75% of 1000 GB capacity.
Notification Body - English The notification text for the English language.
Notification Body - Japanese The notification text for the Japanese language.
Notification Body - Chinese The notification text for the Chinese language.
Last Updated By User name of the user who performed the last update on a archives notification body.
Last Updated Date and time UTC date and time of the latest update.
