Signature Configurations tab
Description of the Archives Settings tab.
| Fields | Description |

| Title | Title of the signature configuration. |
| Required by | One or multiple study roles required for the signature configuration. |
| Signature Text | Affidavit selected as required for this configuration managed from the Code List tab. |
| Required On | Indicates whether signature is required on:
Form and Visit signatures display with selected forms or visits listed (e.g.: Form- Vital Signs - Screening; Medical History). |

The selected visits or form that require a signature. |
| Set Target Date |
Only applicable for Visit and Form signatures. When enabled, displays specified target date as the number of days after a specific event. For example the start or completion of the given visit or form. |
| After (Start / Completion) | Indicates after which specific event the signature should be triggered: Start or Completion of a form or visit. This field displays N/A for Casebook signatures. |
| Send Reminder Through Email | Indicates whethe email notifications are sent for overdue signatures at assigned sites. |
| Last Updated By | User name of the user who performed the last update on signature configurations. |
| Last Updated Date and Time | UTC date and time of the latest update. |
