Visits containing a large volume of data take too much time to load
Now, when you click to view visits that have a large volume of data captured, the page takes an adequate amount of time to load.
Retracted workaround: None. (Issue 36373738)
Radio button selections do not appear after saving a form
Now, selections made for radio buttons are shown after saving a form. Previously, at intermittent times, when you selected a radio button option and saved a form that contained a dynamic question, the value of the selection would not appear for that radio button option.
Retracted workaround: None. (Issue 36430361)
Questions in a form may appear unordered
Now, when you update one or multiple questions in any form type through Advanced Study Versioning (ASV), the order of the questions is preserved when you start a subject visit with an older version of the form in a live study version. (Issue 36352863)
All queries are closed in all instances for both repeating and two-section forms
Now, only impacted queries on cleared dynamic questions are closed for the instances on repeating and two-section forms. Previously, any time a dynamic question was cleared, all queries were closed for that question.
Retracted Workaround: None. (Issue 36005744)
The Complete option is not available for subjects when all visits are optional
Now, the Complete option, which appears under the Manage Subjects dropdown, on the Subjects page, is available when a study has been designed with all visits as optional and no Earliest Visit to Complete Study has been configured. In this case, only the Screening visit would need to be completed to progress the subject to study completion.
- When a dynamic optional visit was triggered, even if no data was entered and the visit was not started or incomplete.
- When a dynamic optional visit was triggered in error.
This fix supports scenarios not covered in issue 36007300.
Retracted Workaround: None. (Issue 36246646)

Retracted Workaround: None. (Issue 36267457)
Exit questions do not trigger the expected visits for branches with multiple visits
Now, selecting Yes for a branch visit exit question, thus opting to continue on the same branch, triggers the appropriate follow-up visit. Previously, in the context of a branch with multiple visits, three dashes (---) would be displayed in the visit train, preventing the subject from progressing on its current branch.
Retracted workaround: None. (Issue 35726231)
Unexpected number of optional visits appears when trigger question is answered
Now, in the context of a dynamic visit design, the correct number of optional visits appears when a trigger question is answered. Previously, all optional visits would appear in the visit train once the trigger question was answered.
Retracted workaround: None. (Issue 36070846)
Visits are not displayed in the correct order when multiple tiers are present
Now, visits are ordered logically whenever the study design features three or more tiers, each with multiple branches. Given the same study design, visits would previously be ordered incorrectly.
Retracted workaround: None. (Issue 36109118)
The Complete option is not available under Manage Subjects
Now, the Complete option, which appears under the Manage Subjects dropdown, on the Subjects page, is available when all visits left for a subject are optional, as long as all required visits are complete including the one set as the Earliest Visit to Complete Study, if defined.
In this scenario, only the required visits would need to be completed to progress the subject to study completion.
Retracted workaround: None. (Issue 36007300)
A user can’t update a dynamic-visit trigger question
Now, a user can successfully update the answer to a question that triggers a dynamic visit after clearing all the data entered in the dynamic visit. Previously, a trigger question could not be updated, even after clearing the data.

Queries can be created on a deleted repeating form instance (former known issue)
- When using a direct API call. The back-end API call now checks for the deleted form state before creating a query.
- When two users have the same repeating form instance open in their browsers. If User 1 deletes the form instance while it's still available in the browser of User 2, User 2 can no longer create a query via the User Interface (UI).
Retracted workaround: On the Queries sidebar, you no longer have to close queries if opened on a deleted row. (Issue 35604053)
Dynamic visits are not displayed correctly when a decision visit is unskipped
Now, when you skip a decision visit and proceed past the dynamic visits it controls, then unskip the visit and answer the decision form, you can complete the dynamic visit without the requirement to complete the preceding dynamic visits.
For example, after un-skipping the decision visit and answering the item on the decision form to trigger dynamic Visit 4, you no longer need to complete the preceding visits: Visit 1, Visit 2, and Visit 3 first.
Retracted workaround: None. (Issue 35921814)

Hidden and required questions are not considered when calculating a visit's status (former known issue)
Now, hidden and required questions are considered when determining whether a visit is complete. Previously, they were not.
Impact on already completed visits: After the upgrade to 23.3, if existing completed visits are opened or edited and contain at least one hidden, required question that is not complete, the visit status remains Incomplete until those questions are completed.
Retracted workaround: None. (Issue 35857474)
Duplicate rows are displayed when viewing associated forms
Now, the system only lets one user at a time create or update a row association for a repeating form, avoiding the possibility of duplicate associations. Previously, duplicate associations could be made if two users created associations for a subject during the same log in session.

- Date2: 2-Jan-2023 00:01
