Viewing Sellable Availability

From the OPERA Cloud main menu, select Inventory and then select Sellable Availability. By default, you can view your monthly availability starting on your business date.

Note:
An orange line above the property and room type and on the sell limit row indicates a room type/house sell limit exists. A gray line below the room type total and channel row indicates that a channel sell limit exists.
Enter search criteria and click Search.
You have different options in the tool bar for viewing your inventory:
1. Expand All/Collapse All: Expands/collapses all sections. By default, all sections are collapsed.
2. Hide/Show Details: Shows/hides, on expanded Property total and Room Types total, the details split into Sell Limit, Sell Limit Control, Out of Order, Rooms Sold, and Physical Rooms. By default, it is set to Hide Details, which means the details are visible.
3. Hide/Show Channel Sell Limits: Shows/hides the channels on each expanded room type. By default, it is set to Hide Channels, which means the channel limits are visible. The toggle option is disabled when you select Display by Channels Limits.
4. Display by: Select whether you want to see your availability by room types or channels. By default, it is set to Room Types.
  1. Display by Room Types: Shows the Property Total on top and underneath the room types. The channel limits for each room type are shown when expanding the channel section on a room type.
  2. Display by Channel: Shows the channel limits at the top and when expanding the channel limits for each room type. The property total appears at the end, and the room type availability appears when expanding.
5. Week: Shows your availability per day on a week view.
6. Month: Shows your availability per month. This is your default view.
Property and Room Type Totals: Shows the total of your available rooms. It is calculated by Sell Limits minus Rooms Sold.

Note:
A zero value is displayed instead of a minus value if no rooms are available. The room type totals are never higher than your property total. Suppose your Overbooking Protection on Accommodation Management is set. In that case, the sum of all available rooms can't exceed the total number of rooms, and your total per room type is calculated and rounded down accordingly.
Expand the section to view the details:
1. Rooms Sold: Shows the total of definite sold rooms.
2. Sell Limit: Shows the calculation of Physical Rooms + Sell Limits Control - Out of Order.
3. Sell Limit Controls: Shows the calculation of Sell Limit + Out of order - Physical Rooms.
4. Out of Order: Shows the total of out of order rooms.
5. Physical Rooms: Shows the total of your physical rooms.
6. Channels: Shows all the defined Distribution channels.
