With Sellable Availability, you can set overbooking protection and sell limits for channels. The sellable availability reflects your distribution availability.

The difference between Property Availability and Sellable Availability is:

• The Property Availability shows the physical room type availability including negative values.

• The Sellable Availability shows:

  • Zero values on room types total and property total instead of minus values.

  • Your room type total cannot be higher than your property total.

  • If you set Overbooking Protection on Accommodation Management, the sum of all available rooms can't exceed the total number of rooms on the property total. The total per room type is calculated and rounded down accordingly.
