PWA - Post it

Post it enables you to post articles, such as mini bar items, to in-house reservation accounts.

To use Post it, you add items to a shopping cart and then post the balance of the cart to a reservation account.

Note:

User role(s) must be granted Charge to Room (Settlement) task.

Note:

Your user profile must be assigned a cashier ID to access Post It. For more information, see Managing Users.

Using Post it

  1. From the Hamburger menu, select Post It.

  2. Tap items to post to the cart. You can tap the same item multiple times to add multiple quantities of the item.

  3. Click Negative to post negative amounts.

  4. Tap View Cart.

    1. Tap - to reduce the number of items posted.

    2. Tap + to increase the number of items posted.

    3. Tap X to remove the item from cart.

  5. Tap Post to Room to post the cart balance to a reservation account.

  6. Search for reservation by Room or Name. A Reservation Card displays details of the reservation.

  7. Tap Complete Sales. A confirmation message appears informing you the items are successfully posted to the room.

  8. Tap < to return back to the search page.
