Recipe Ingredients List
The list on the right shows the ingredients already added to the recipe.
Table 7-4 Recipe Ingredients List Filters
| Filter | Description |
|---|---|
| Family Group | Select this filter to display only items from the selected item family group. |
| Search | Use the Search field to find an item or recipe. Enter the full name or part of the name to locate matching records. |
Table 7-5 Ingredients List Information
| Column Name | Description |
|---|---|
| Position | Position (number) of the record within the ingredients list. Use the mouse to drag the record to the desired position. |
| Item | Name of the ingredient (Item Name/Recipe Name). |
| Family Group/Type |
|
| Potential QTY | Potential quantity. |
| UOM | Unit of Measure for the ingredient. |
| Loss % | Loss percentage value, used to calculate the actual quantity. |
| Actual QTY | Quantity to be used for stock reduction based on potential quantity and loss percentage. |
| Cost of Sales | Cost of sales for the ingredient based on the actual quantity. |
| Action Menu | Edit, delete, or copy the current record. |
