Available Ingredients List
The list on the left shows all available items and recipes that can be used as ingredients in the recipe.
You can filter the available ingredients list based on the subsidiary and location restrictions set in the Recipe Details. Only records allowed for the recipe’s subsidiary and location settings are displayed.
Table 7-2 Available Ingredients List Filters
| Filter | Description |
|---|---|
| Over Group | Select this filter to display only items from the selected item over group. After selecting a group, the next-level filter becomes available. |
| Major Group | Select this filter to display only items from the selected item major group. After selecting a group, the next-level filter becomes available. |
| Family Group | Select this filter to display only items from the selected item family group. |
| Search | In addition to the previous filters, you can use the Search field to find any item or recipe. Enter the full name or part of the name to locate matching records. |
| Recipes Only | Enabling this checkbox hides all stock items and displays only recipes of the types Production Recipe and Menu Item Recipe. |
