Creating a Communication Message Configuration
Introduction
Communication Message enables you to configure messages that can be passed through the Communication Distribution Message for distribution to your customers through a Messaging supplier service. You can create different types of messages such as, Alert, Marketing, Notification, One Time Password and Reminder. Communication Message assembles your Communication Packages to generate the required message to be distributed.
The Communication Message configuration assembles associated Body and Metadata communication packages to generate required message. The Body package contains Document, Layout, Content, and Style required to generate the message. The Metadata package captures the recipient’s mobile number, sender details and other service specific data required for message distribution.
