5.2 Instrument Exceptions

This topic describes the possible instrument exceptions that may occur and the solution to resolve them.

Possible Cause Solution
  • Limit is not maintained correctly
  • Limit is maintained; but Effective date is not maintained
  • Available amount is less than the Transaction amount
 Make sure the Limit Structure is maintained correctly for the below events:
  • Raise
  • Resolve
  • Dispute
  • Write offs
  • Assignment
Account Maintenance issue Create Accounting entry for the below events:
  • Raise
  • Resolve
  • Dispute
  • Write offs
  • Assignment
If the issues still persist, analyze the following logs:
  • Limit Service logs
  • Instrument Service logs
