   Field	Description
   Basis To	Specify the total amount.
   Fixed Rate	Specify the Fixed Rate for normal transaction.
   Fixed Amount	Specify the Fixed Amount for normal transaction.
   Repair Rate	Specify the Repair Rate for repaired transaction.
   Repair Amount	Specify the Repair Amount for repaired transaction.
   Price Unit	Specify the Price Unit. Charge Unit is used to update the basis amount with the multiple of charge unit.
