Inbound Collections Refund View Summary

  1. On Homepage, specify PCSIRFVW in the text box, and click next arrow.

  2. You can search using one or more of the following parameters:
    • Refund Reference
    • Original Transaction Reference
    • File Reference Number
    • Transaction Branch
    • Transfer Currency
    • Sanction Check Status
    • Queue Code
    • Record Status
    • Authorization Status
    • Refund Status
  3. Once you specified the parameters, click the Search button.
    System displays the records that match the search criteria.
