This topic describes the systematic instructions to view liability.

1. On Home screen, select Limits and Collaterals. Under Limits and Collaterals, select Limits.
2. Under Limits, select Maintenances. Under Maintenances, select Liability. Under Liability, select View Liability.
   The View Liability screen displays.

   Fields	Description
   Liability Code	Displays the liability code.
   Liability Name	Displays the liability name.
   Liability Branch	Displays the liability branch.
   Authorization Status	Displays the authorization status of the record. The available options are: Authorized Rejected Unauthorized
   Record Status	Displays the status of the record. The available options are: Open Closed
   Modification Number	Displays the number of modification performed on the record.

3. On View screen, select the icon.
   The View Liability - Search screen displays.

4. Specify the search filter to fetch the required details and click Search.
