This topic explains to configure FTP Adapter using the below steps.

1. Login to Weblogic Console, click Deployment, and select FTP Adapter.
2. Click the Configurations tab and select Outbound Connection Pool.
   The Outbound Connection Pool screen displays.

3. Click New.
   The Create a New Outbound Connection screen displays.

4. Specify eis/ftp/FtpAdapterLcl in the JNDI Name field.
5. Click Finish and Save.
