Viewing the Custom Header Columns in the Calls Panel

After configuring the custom headers from the Settings page, only the configured/active ones are shown on the Calls panel.

Note:

The columns are visible in the Calls panels depending on the user permission to view the custom header columns.
The custom header columns are visible in the Calls panel of these pages:
  • Dashboard
  • Operation >> Calls
  • Operation >> Devices
  • Customers >> User Tracking
  • Customers >> IP Tracking

Note:

The custom header columns are shown by default in all the Call panels except for the Calls panel on the Dashboard. To view on the Dashboard, add the columns manually using Set Columns.
