Viewing History of Calls Custom Headers

View the history of the custom headers using the History option.

To view the history of configured custom headers:
  1. Click Admin, Settings.
  2. Click Custom Header, and Calls.
  3. In the Calls Custom Headers page, click History.
  4. In the Custom Header Change History page, you can view the History of the Custom Headers by Header ID or Date:

      Custom Headers by Header ID

      1. Select the custom header from the drop-down list.

        The history (if any) of the Header ID is shown. The current active value row is highlighted with a green background and the keyword 'Active' is added to the Name.

        If the Custom Header ID value was deleted, it is indicated by an empty name with the associated time stamp of the change.

      2. If you see a '(Not Set)' value, it indicates that the 'Search across all legs' option was not checked for that header. Hence, the header is not searched across all legs.

    2. By Date:
      1. Select the Date and time from the date-time picker.

        The name of all custom headers configured on the specific date and time is displayed.

        If a specific header was not configured, the value is shown as null or empty.

      2. If you see a '(Not Set)' value, it indicates that the 'Search across all legs' option was not checked for that header. Hence, the header is not searched across all legs.
