Review Activity Log Entries

The General view in Activity Log lists user-triggered actions and provides access to action details for troubleshooting.

Context

Use the General view to review action status and progress, refine the displayed results with search and filter chips, and open action details from the Summary column.

Procedure
  1. From the bottom panel, click Activity Log.
  2. Open the context chooser and select General.
  3. Select a Customer.
    Activity Log populates with user actions for the selected customer.
  4. Refine the displayed results. Use one or more of the following controls:
    • Search—Enter up to three free-form values to locate actions that include a specific device name or edge name.
    • Filter chips—Filter the results by attributes such as Status, Last Reported, Activity Type, and Hardware Type.
  5. To view details of an entry, click the link in the Summary column.
    The Activity Log details view opens for the selected user action.
