Enhancements to Service Request Creation Assistant
The Service Request Creation Assistant has been enhanced to support a broader range of enterprise requirements and user scenarios. The assistant now discovers and supports custom fields, ensuring alignment with customer specific Service Request configurations. Proxy user scenarios are also supported, enabling creation of Service Requests on behalf of other users through PUDS. In addition, attachments (text and image) can now be included during Service Request creation, allowing users to provide complete and relevant supporting information upfront.
These enhancements make Service Request creation more flexible, complete, and enterprise ready. By supporting custom fields, proxy user scenarios, and attachments, organizations can ensure accurate data capture at intake, reduce follow up interactions, improve CSR efficiency, and accelerate the overall Service Request lifecycle.
