Non-Human Interaction(NHI) Activity Intelligence
Non-Human Interaction (NHI) Activity Intelligence introduces new classification logic to identify email open and click events that are generated by non-human interactions, such as email scanning tools. These events are classified as NHI events, also referred to as auto-opens and auto-clicks, so Fusion Marketing can better distinguish machine-generated engagement activity from human engagement activity.
Business Benefits
- Improves email engagement accuracy by identifying activity generated by automated scanning tools.
- Supports cleaner segmentation by reducing the influence of non-human open and click activity.
- Improves campaign attribution by helping distinguish human engagement from automated email security interactions.
- Provides a more reliable foundation for downstream engagement analysis and decisioning.
