Personalization with Logical Model
We’re introducing an improved method for connecting email and landing page personalization to your customer data. Instead of relying on “physical tables” (complex, behind-the-scenes data structures), personalization will now use “logical tables,” making it easier to manage and update your personalized campaigns. This means that email and landing page personalization will shift from using the legacy “Master Customer” attributes to the more streamlined “Contact” attributes.
Business Benefits:
- Simplicity: Logical tables are easier to understand, configure, and manage.
- Future-Readiness: This change sets the stage for additional flexibility and enhancements in personalization going forward.

- Update these templates by replacing "Master Customer" attributes with the new "Contact" attributes.
- Republish your updated templates to ensure ongoing personalization displays correctly.
- Tactic Assets:
- Review any draft email/landing page tactics or active tactics that have not already sent out their email.
- Identify any tactic assets (emails or landing pages) that use the older "Master Customer" attributes.
