Create Success Criteria in a Tactic with More Than One Behavior
The platform now enables marketing teams to define success criteria for a tactic using composite behavioral criteria. Instead of being limited to single-event measures like email opened or form submitted, marketers can configure granular success definitions that require a combination of customer actions—such as "Click email link when Message Link Name Matches CTR", "Download file when Matches any Whitepaper", or even more complex Boolean combinations combining AND/OR. This multi-behavior approach is supported by an enhanced rules engine that evaluates real-time behavioral data linked to each tactic participant.
