Event Reminder Notifications for Registered Candidates

A reminder notification is now sent 24 hours before an event start to all registered candidates. These notifications provide event details and a link for candidates to review and update their profile information before the event. When QR code check-in is enabled, the notification includes a QR code that lets candidates check in quickly and easily at the event.  They're delivered via email, SMS, and WhatsApp, with WhatsApp using the SMS template without images.

• Ensure candidates understand that QR codes appear only in email reminders when QR code check-in is active for the event.
• Email notifications include QR codes only when QR code check-in is enabled.
• SMS and WhatsApp notifications don't include QR codes due to image limitations.
• WhatsApp notifications use the SMS template without images, so QR codes aren't visible in WhatsApp messages.
